"I've been with State Farm for almost 30 years, and in particular with their Sunset District Office as well as online for all my vehicles' insurance needs. I can only say that regardless of the fact that auto insurance is one of those necessary and less than pleasant chores, dealing with State Farm has been an absolute pleasure. The Staff, headed by Fillia Fransisca and a number of agents such as the one I spoke with today, Leanne Lay, are absolutely delightful. They always either answer the phone or respond to a message expeditiously. They are thoroughly attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and quick. Especially in this day and age of impersonal, untrained, uncaring and diminishing services, the people at State Farm have always been a pleasant breath of fresh air to deal with, and I recommend them and State Farm itself for handling any and all of your auto insurance needs.
